| 摘 要： | 企业人力资源的开发与管理是企业现代管理的核心内容,而随着信息技术的飞速发展,企业人力资源管理的信息化建设也成为新时期人力资源管理变革的首要任务。利用信息技术成为提高现代企业人力资源管理的水平和效率的必要手段。本文试通过对企业人力资源管理中普遍存在的问题进行分析和研究,提出现代企业人力资源管理进行信息化建设的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Development and management of human resources is the core of enterprise modern management,and as the rapid development of information technology,informationization construction of human resource management becomes the primary task of human resource management reform in the new period.The use of information technology becomes the necessary means to improve the level and efficiency of the modern enterprise human resource management.This paper analyzes and studys the prevalent issues in human resource management,and proposes measures and suggestions of informationization construction of human resources management in modern enterprise. |
