| 摘 要： | 构建人才培养模式是根据实际情况和社会需求,对人才培养目标、课程模式、教学设计、培养途径以及师资队伍等要素进行优化组合。文章基于连锁行业发展现状,对连锁经营管理专业人才的需求现实和连锁经营管理专业人才培养目标定位,提出了构建创业型连锁经营管理专业人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The construction of talents training mode which is based on the actual situation and needs of society is the optimization and combination of the talent training goal, curriculum model, teaching design, training methods and teachers. Based on the present development situation of chain industry, This paper locates the reality of talents demand and talents training goal of chain operation management, and puts forward the construction of management talent training mode of entrepreneurial chain operation. |
