农村空心化治理问题研究--基于韩国的经验

农村空心化是工业和城市化发展的一个阶段性现象。韩国在20世纪70年代开展的新村运动基本实现农村现代化，有效治理了农村空心化。韩国模式的成功经验在于工业与农业同步现代化、物质文明与精神文明共创、社会组织与政府组织协作，较好地推动城乡一体化。我国与韩国现代化境遇有着更多相似之处，都不同程度地经历农村空心化，韩国新村运动的空心化治理模式可供我们学习与借鉴。

South Korea’s Governance to Rural Hollowing Problem and its Enlightenment

The new village campaign was originated in 21th century 70’s of South Korea ,in which has real-ized rural modernization and govern rural hollowing effectively .The pattern of South Korean which named new village movement successfully promoted the integration of urban and rural to avoid the risk of rural hollowing .The experiences include industrial and agricultural modernization synchronization ,material civ-ilization and spiritual civilization to create together ,the social organization and the government organiza-tion cooperation .China and South Korea have more same modern circumstances and different degrees of rural hollow experiencing .South Korea pattern provides us a reference to learn .
