| 摘 要： | 变电运行的主要任务是电力设备安全运行的操作和变电设备维护管理工作。文章指出一旦变电站发生异常情况,不仅造成经济的损失,而且很大程度上还会影响电网运行、设备和人身安全,甚至给社会带来不稳定因素,影响到社会的稳定发展。
