| 摘 要： | 配电网在电力系统中负责将电能分配给各用户,早期的配电网组合模式不仅结构复杂且电力网运行效率偏低,导致电力企业的成本投资增大。新时期社会用电量大幅度上升,用户对于配电网运行的性能要求更高,引进先进的配电网技术是电力企业发展中需要深入考虑的问题。基于重合器和分段器的10 kV环网供电是运用较多的技术之一,对改善配电网的调度运行及自动化操控有着重要的作用。
