| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,在外商直接投资规模不断扩大的同时,外资跨国企业进入中国的模式也在悄悄地发生变化,独资化趋势明显加强.外资企业独资化趋势强化了对我国产业安全的不利影响.必须采取有效措施,趋利避害,更好地发挥外资对我国产业发展的带动作用.

| Abstract: | Since China's reforming and opening,with the constant increase of FDI volume in China,MNCs' entry model to China has stealthily been changing,namely,the tendency of sole-proprietorizing shows obvious.The tendency of sole-proprietorizing strengthens the negative impact on China's industrial security.It is necessary to take effective measures,avoid harm and tend towards benefit for the sake of exerting themselves to improve the roles of FDI in China's industrial development. |
