西藏文化产业发展的知识产权保护问题探析

西藏拥有丰富而独特的民族文化资源,在自治区党委和政府高度重视下,西藏的文化产业有了较快发展.而文化产业发展过程中呈现的主要是知识经济形态,其中的知识产权是其不可或缺的核心要素,但当前西藏文化产业所走的还是传统产业道路,并没有对当地文化产业相关产品或服务所涉及的商标权、专利权、著作权等现代知识产权因素给予应有的重视.因此,西藏的文化企业和个人要提高知识产权保护意识,政府职能部门应认识到完善知识产权保护和管理机制对西藏文化产业发展所具有的重要意义,在合理、有效运用知识产权策略下,推动西藏文化产业有序、健康的发展.
