| 摘 要： | 招投标是市场经济条件下最主要的交易方式。陕西依据《招标投标法》制定了具体实施办法，有力地推动了全省招标投标事业的发展，但目前招投标市场依然存在诸多问题。强化招投标市场监督管理，对招投标管理体制进行创新及依法行政，是推动陕西招投标市场规范的有力保证。

| Abstract: | Recruiting and bidding are the main bargain method under the market economy condition. Matching recruiting and bidding law, Shanxi provincial government has become the law frame system of recruiting and bidding, Shanxi recruiting and bidding market still exist many problems. The powerful assurance for pushing Shanxi norm reeruiting and bidding market is to carry on innovation of recruiting and bidding system and administration by law through enhancing the market supervision and management. |
