电子商务生态系统中企业竞争策略研究

摘    要:电子商务环境下的竞争已不是企业与企业之间的竞争,而是商业生态系统之间的竞争。本文界定了电子商务生态系统的概念,分析了电子商务生态系统的构成,研究电子商务生态系统中不同企业的生态位,并以骨干型企业阿里巴巴培育的电子商务生态系统为例,得出共同进化是企业在电子商务生态系统中的竞争策略。

Abstract:The competition in the e-commerce was not among enterprises but among the ecosystems.This text defined the concept of e-commerce ecosystems,analyzed the composition of the e-commerce ecosystems,studied the econiches of the different enterprises in e-commerce ecosystems,took the e-commerce ecosystems founding by Alibaba which is the core e-commerce enterprise for example,and got the conclusion that co-evolution was the competition tactics among enterprises in e-commerce ecosystems.
