制造业企业绿色组织认同对绿色创新绩效的影响——基于环境承诺与可持续探索/利用实践的链式中介作用

摘    要:党的十九届四中全会要求进一步激活企业在环境治理中的主体作用,绿色创新对于企业加强环境治理意义重大。基于计划行为理论与组织认同理论,运用315家制造业企业调研数据,分析绿色组织认同对绿色创新绩效的影响,探索环境承诺、可持续探索/利用实践的链式中介作用。结果表明:绿色组织认同未能显著改善绿色创新绩效;环境承诺和可持续利用实践均在绿色组织认同与绿色创新绩效间发挥中介作用,但可持续探索实践在两者间的中介作用只能通过可持续学习导向实现;环境承诺和可持续利用实践在绿色组织认同与绿色创新绩效间发挥链式中介作用。基于上述实证结果,提出旨在提升我国制造业绿色创新绩效的建议。

Abstract:The Fourth Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee called for the further activation of main position of firms in environmental governance,to green innovation in manufacturing firms.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and Organizational Identity Theory as well as investigating 315 China’s manufacturing firms,this paper examines influence of green organizational identity on green innovation performance,and explore the chain mediating mechanism of environmental commitment and sustainable exploration/exploitation practices.Empirical results show that green organizational identity has not significantly improved green innovation performance.Both environmental commitment and sustainable exploitation practice play a mediating role between green organizational identity and green innovation performance,but the mediating role of sustainable exploration practice between them can only be achieved by the aid of the sustainable learning orientation that is one dimension of such practice.What's more,environmental commitment and sustainable exploitation practice play a chain-mediating role between green organizational identity and green innovation performance.Based on our empirical results,we propose some suggestions to improve green innovation performance of China's manufacturing sectors.
