无锡文化创意产业人才发展战略及对策研究

The Research of Development Strategy of Human Resource for Creative Industry in Wuxi

The experience of industry development showed that human resource is crucial for the sustainable development of industry. As a newly emerging industry, human resource of creative industries is the core and key elements of the industry. Creative industries of Wuxi city developed rapidly in the past years, and creative talent cultivation was in a good trend, but it still did not meet the requirements of industrial development. Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of creative industry of Wuxi city, and offered some suggestion of development strategy of human resource for development of creative industry of Wuxi city.
