| 摘 要： | 我国扶贫工作在改革开放以后经历了三个阶段,今后扶贫工作面临新的挑战.根据我国扶贫工作需要,结合当前社区建设的发展,应采取农村社区扶贫这一扶贫方式,把扶贫开发与农村社区建设结合起来.

| Abstract: | The work of supporting the poor in China has experienced three stages after the opening and reform. Hence,the work will face new challenges. According to the needs of supporting the poor.we should adopt the way of supporting the poor in the communities of country .combine the development of supporting the poor with the construction of communities. |
