| 摘 要： | 移民工程是一项关系库区人民安居乐业、工程顺利实施和社会稳定的庞大复杂的系统工程;在南水北调中线工程中,丹江口库区移民问题成为迫切需要解决的问题;分析了库区移民过程中存在的问题,提出了解决移民问题的对策和建议。 |

| Abstract: | The resettlement project is a systematic project of gigantic and complex. If it not resolved well, it will benefit people's lives in the reservoir area, the enforcement of the project and the stability of society. So during the middle route of "South to north water transfer project",the resettlement and reconstruction problems in Danjiangkou Reservoir Area becomes a cute one.This paper analyses these problems and then points out the ways to resolve them. |
