| Abstract: | The article establishes the target system to assess the economic growth quality, uses the hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method, carries on the comprehensive comparative analysis to the Chinese six central provinces economic growing quality conditions, and takes Beijing as the standard, commentates the progresses as well as the shortcomings in the course of economic development of the central regions. |
