摘    要:特色企业文化是企业在长期的生产经营中形成、积累,并经过筛选、提练,由企业倡导的一套优良作风、行为方式和价值观念,它是指导员工为人处事的行为准则,也是企业发展的基石.在建设企业文化时,要结合企业自身实际,突出本企业特色.本文主要探讨了建构特色企业文化的对策,特色企业文化导入、规划和创新.

Abstract:Formed, accumulated, selected and improved as well in the long process of its production and management, characteristic business culture means the model of excellent behavior styles, methods and values initiated by the business. It's the behavior principle observed by its staff in both conducting oneself and the world. Moreover, it is also the foundation stone for the development of the business. Therefore, to construct the business culture, we must take the business'own practical situation into account and highlight its characteristics. This article mainly explores the strategies of constructing characteristic business culture, its introduction, planning as well as novelty.
