| Abstract: | The science and technology cooperation between university and local industry in Guangxi have made great progress in recent years. However, problems concerning to science-tech comment index system, science-tech creation system, brain training, and supporting environment still be found. To encourage the further cooperation, new policies should be passed and concerning problems should be solved. |
