论可持续发展与我国的新型工业化道路

经济发展战略是一个国家经济社会发展的长期指导思想 ,可持续发展是当今世界经济发展的趋势。我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家 ,经济发展与自然资源、人口及环境保护之间存在着突出的矛盾 ,走可持续发展道路是必然选择。可持续发展的内涵十分丰富 ,其思想实质是在追求经济发展的过程中统筹兼顾人与自然的关系。走新型工业化道路应是我国可持续发展的路径选择。

On Sustainable Development and China's New Road of Industrialization

The strategy of economic development is a long-term guiding thought of a country in its economic and social development,whereas sustainable developme nt is a trend of today's world economic development. As the largest developing c ountry in the world,China is facing a manifest contradiction between its econom ic development and natural resources,population and environment protection. The road of sustainable development is therefore a necessary choice. While the conn otation of sustainable development is rich,its essence is having an overall pla nning and all round consideration for the relation between man and Nature in pur suit for the development of the economy. Taking a new road of industrialization should be our right choice in the sustainable development.
