| Abstract: | On account of the Four Principles of Quality of Crosby, the viewpoint of the three levels of quality is proposed. It thinks that the forming process of quality is related to the activities of samplimg inspection and management and that the Zero Defect does not means AQL=0 as well as the process capability index can also be used to evaluate product quality. |
