技术联盟:民营企业跨国经营技术创新的最优路径选择

我国民营企业规模小、技术含量低、竞争能力差的特点,决定了其在跨国经营过程中必须进行技术创新,以培育民营企业的核心竞争力。而企业技术创新的方式有很多,它是由东道国的投资环境和企业自身能力来决定的,正是立足于此,作者采用层次分析法来量化民营企业技术创新的各种影响因素的权重,得出民营企业在跨国经营过程中必须采取技术联盟这种合作型技术创新方式。

Technical Alliance: Optimized Route for Technology Innovation in the Transnational Management of Private Enterprises

China's private enterprises' characteristics of small scale,low technical content and poor competitiveness decide that they must carry through technical innovation in transnational management to foster the core competitive power of private enterprises.But there are many ways of technological innovation for enterprises,which are decided by the investment environment of the host countries and enterprises' own ability.Established in this,the author uses the analytic hierarchy process to measure the importance of all kinds of factors in the technological innovation of private enterprises and infers that private enterprises have to adopt the cooperative innovation way of technical alliance in transnational management.
