| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员心理健康对促进大学生健康成长,维护高校安全稳定具有重要意义。高校作为开展辅导员心理健康服务工作的重要场所和主要阵地,应主要从服务机构、服务内容、服务者、服务方式几个方面,构建辅导员的心理健康服务体系。
