| 摘 要： | 城市规模等级结构的梯度成长是城市体系发展的一般规律。但新疆城市体系中一度出现了无大城市的断层现象，这种缺少大城市的城市体系结构不利于特大城市带动和辐射作用的发挥以及各规模等级城市间能量的传递。本文在分析新疆城市规模等级结构现状及存在问题的基础上，利用主成分分析法对新疆目前的9个中等城市进行考察，找出有发展潜力的城市进行重点培育，以完善新疆城市体系。

| Abstract: | It is the general rule that hierarchical structure of the gradient of urban- scale growth of the urban system. However, the urban system in Xinjiang once appeared the phenomenon of no big cities, which is not conductive to big cities nor will play a positive role in radiation scale as well as the energy transfer among cities. In this paper, principal component analysis is used to make researches on 9 medium - sized cities in Xinjiang to identify the overall strength of the top - ranking cities and recommend potential cities as the development focus to perfect the urban system. |
