| 摘 要： | BS630大口径塑料管材成型设备是人们为适应大口径塑料管材的高速发展,重点研发的大型塑料扩口成型设备,能完成对PVC塑料管材、管件的二次成型加工。介绍了其工作原理及设计要点,它采用高精度的机械元件、先进的PLC数控技术及触摸屏人机对话界面,不仅实现了全自动化无人操控,且成型管材可达到国际标准。

| Abstract: | BS630 large diameter socketing machine is developed to meet the need of the large PVC pipe's development. It is used for the socketing process of the large PVC pipe. This article introduces the working principle and its main design process. It adopts high precision mechanism and PLC and touching-screen technology. It realizes auto control completely and the products are in accord with the international standard. |
