| Abstract: | Under the global economy and market economy of high-speed technology,the strategic alliance development appears new tendency. We must develop a new method for alliance partner's choice which is suitable to the alliance's development. This article proposes a new mechanism of alliance partner's choice in order to fit in with the competition environment combined with the traditional alliance partner's choice. |
