| Abstract: | TQM has been in effect in China for 20 years with much progress. Its development, however, is uneven, and is especially slow in geological prospecting units. The development of market economy has put a higher demand for the management in geological prospecting enterprises, which in turn appeal to a new mode of management fit for market economy conditions. An advanced way of scientific management, TQM can be applied successfully in geological prospecting units with sincere and active work. |
