Abstract:In urban Economic development,with the rapid growth of online shopping,it is driven by strong consumer demand.At the same time of significant growth in consumption,consumption of network economy has become a new fashion trend.Advanced information and communication technologies are bringing us into a new information age.Survey results indicated that people ’s consumption in the network has not been affected of financial crisis on the daily expenses,but the sudden emergence of online shopping is becoming a wide consumption pattern.It is emerging a new society with global information technology,globalization and networks.Like traditional consumer economy,network consumer economy also needs the help of the Internet brand’s strength.With the rapid development of the Internet,you need a variety of marketing models and high-quality user groups.Network management of consumer economy city and control of marketing,will be a very important branch which needs attention.
