| Abstract: | The metropolis have imponderable advantages on economic scale effect and population gathering,and have become the engines of social economics,politics and cultures development.But these advantages also pose huge risks to the metropolis and may causes serious consequences.This paper focus on making a comprehensive analysis and survey of emergency management systems of metropolis,and is expected to be helpful to the establishment of a emergency management system of metropolis in China. |
