世界石油贸易新秩序中的亚洲与中国——记“2012亚太石油贸易国际会议”

《国际石油经济》编辑部与士研传媒共同举办的“2012亚太石油贸易国际会议”,聚焦行业热点问题,在开放的平台上与来自各国的专家共同研判未来亚太地区特别是东北亚地区的石油贸易变化趋势,探讨如何利用金融工具规避石油贸易风险,展望石油仓储船运业的发展前景.亚洲与中国在世界石油贸易的新秩序下还没有完成角色转换,缺少在国际石油贸易中的话语权.因此在石油金融领域,中国正在推动石油贸易的人民币结算,推进中国原油期货上市.此次会议还分享了韩国提出的建立东北亚石油枢纽的构想.会议的成果对促进本地区石油贸易、石油合作和石油安全具有重要参考价值.

The role of Asia and China in the new order of the world’s oil trade——About the “Oil Trading Asia 2012”

The "Oil Trading Asia 2012" jointly held by the editorial department of International Petroleum Economics and Shine Media focused on the hot issues in the industry.On an open platform,they,together with the experts from the world,discussed and assessed the future trends of the oil trade in the Asia Pacific,in particular Northeast Asia,investigated how to avoid oil trade risks by means of financial instruments,and looked at the future of the oil storage and shipping industries.Despite the new situation in world oil trade,Asia and China haven’t completed the change in their role and do not have a say in world oil trade.So in the oil finance sector,China is promoting using of the renminbi to settle in oil and striving to have its crude futures listed.South Korea’s concept of "establishing the oil pivot of Northeast Asia" was also shared in the meeting.The achievements in this meeting are of great reference value for promoting oil trade,cooperation and security in this region.
