| 摘 要： | 无论何时何地，投资都是推动经济增长和经济发展的重要力量，从战略角度而言，投资的基本功能不变，而从战术角度而言，投资应当与时俱进，有所变化，本从投资和消费、近期效应和中长期目标、基础设施和高新技术、投资规模和投资效益，政府行为和市场机制五个方面全方位，多视角地论述了新时期的投资策略。

| Abstract: | Investment is the key forces to promote the economic growth all the time.The fundamental function of investment remains unchanged from the point of its strategy,but its function should be kept changed with the time going from the point of its tactics.Bearing this in mind,the author deals with the investment strategies in the new period as widely as in investment versus consumption,its immediate effect versus its long-run objective,infrastructure versus IT,scale of investment versus its efficiency and government regulation versus market mechanism. |
