高校毕业生就业预警机制的研究与实践

在市场经济条件下,构建高校毕业生就业预警机制十分必要。构建这种机制有三条途径:一是建立将市场需求导向与高校办学定位有机结合的就业市场预警机制;二是建立人才培养与社会需求紧密结合的人才培养预警机制;三是根据大学生择业倾向和就业意向建立大学生就业思想动态预警机制。

Under the condition of market-based economy,it is necessary for university to construct graduates' job-seeking prior-warning mechanism.There are three ways for doing this: one is to construct it by means of the organic combination of the orientation of market demands with the orientation of university's running school;second is to establish it of talents cultivation through the close combination of talents cultivation with social demands;third is to establish university students dynamic thought prior-warning job-seeking mechanism according to their job-seeking tendency.
