| 摘 要： | 选取美洲、欧洲、亚洲的六个跨界城市旅游合作案例,从合作背景、合作驱动力、合作制约因素、合作组织协调机制、合作过程、合作主体六方面进行比较研究.研究发现,跨界城市旅游合作是旅游业发展的趋势,其成功需要政府、企业、行业组织、市场及民众的参与;提出了参与型跨界城市旅游合作机制建议.
