| Abstract: | It is of great significance to pay more attention to those vulnerable groups for the establishment of socialist harmonious society and it is necessary to resolve effectively those problems of vulnerable groups by taking measures of deepening the income distribution system reform,improving the relevant legal system,and setting up the smoothing benefits expression mechanism,social security system and employment service system. |
