| Abstract: | Based on the practical requirement of our enterprises, it is mainly explained that measurement exerts an important influence on the establishment of modern enterprise system, the transformation of economic growth from the extensive to the intensive, the process of enterprise energy management and craft control. Thus it is an inevitable choice for modern enterprises to lay emphasis on the measurement and enhance the measurement investment. |
