Shanghai Cooperation Organization,one of the most important regional international organizations around the world,has been playing a significant role in the world,and the regional economic cooperation under its framework has seen a rapid development.It mainly displays as follows: the extension and enhancement of the strategic cooperative relationship between China and Russia;the future value orientation of Shanghai Cooperation Organization is to promote the regional economic cooperative relationship completely;the economic cooperation under the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization sees an extensive perspective.Therefore,this paper begins with the regional economic cooperative relationship under that framework,explores its future value orientation and perspective of the regional cooperation.
