摘    要:
区域旅游发展战略以风景资源结构为基础,考虑接待服务设施的现有发展条件,确定其旅游活动的层次结构,进而拟定相应的战略对策,以便进一步扩大旅游市场、促进和改善旅游管理。随着旅游业发展的日趋成熟,发挥整体优势,加强区域合作的思想,在旅游开发过程中受到了许多国家和地区的重视。从旅游业对香格里拉品牌的争夺入手,结合区域经济分析理论,对区域旅游的竞争与合作提出一些富有创见性的建议。

Abstract:
Based on the construction of the landscape resources, the paper takes developing conditions of the available service facilities into account, defines the hiberarchy of the tourism activities, and formulates corresponding countermeasures in order that we can enlarge more tourism markets and improve tourism management. With the more perfect tourism industry, the idea of exerting whole advantages and strengthening district cooperation is attached importance to by many countries and distracts during the course of tourism exploitation. This article begins from fighting for Shangri-la brand in tourism industry, quotes district economy theory and gives some farseeing advice on the contest and cooperation of district tourism.
