| 摘 要： | 医疗技术的进步往往伴随着医疗费用的提高,这就提高了人们对医疗保险的需求,从而促进了医疗保险的发展;医疗保险的发展反过来又提高了人们对医疗服务的需求,进一步推动了医疗技术的进步;技术过度进步带来医疗费用急剧攀升,如此形成循环。文章主要分析医疗技术进步与医疗保险的互动关系,并试图从医疗保险的视角,思考控制医疗费用攀升的方法。

| Abstract: | Medical technology development is often accompanied by rising medical cost, which in turn increases the demand for health insurance by the people. Moreover, the development of medical insurance increases people＇s demand for medical care, which further accelerate the development of medical technology. Medical technology development results in rapidly rising medical costs. This paper analyzes the interactive relationship between medical technology development and medical insurance, attempts to contain rising medical costs from the perspective of medical insurance. |
