| 摘 要： | 文章以6个水库的运行情况为例,对小型水库的水利投资进行分析。通过对水库投资概算进行比较,对水库的国民经济评价进行分析,得出这些水库的内部收益率超过10%,均大于公益项目允许的收益率7%。所以说,对水库进行除险加固的效益是显著的。

| Abstract: | Taking six reservoirs as examples,the water conservancy investment of small reservoir is analyzed.Through the comparisons of the investment budget estimate and the analysis of national economy evaluation,the results show that the internal rate of return is more than 10%,and is over 7%that pubhc welfare project allows.So,the benefits of the reservoirs danger removal and consolidation are remarkable. |
