| 摘 要： | 近年来,国内许多大型企业已经成功实施了ERP。大型工程建设项目不同于成熟的生产企业,存在诸多特殊性,因此,在项目建设期实施ERP的企业并不多。文中结合中国海油炼化工程建设项目的特点,分析了在工程项目生产准备阶段实施ERP,并且ERP上线与工程建设项目投产同步遇到的困难,提出了成功实施ERP的应对策略。
