国际货代企业在中国面临的挑战——以德国辛克公司为例

本文认为,中国的内陆运输需求还存在很大的上升空间,对国际货代企业颇具吸引力。国际货代企业应加强与中国政府及企业的合作,促进企业自身和中国物流业共同发展。如加强基础设施尤其是集装箱中转站建设,在中西部地区建立更多分公司,开展陆路运输,通过企业向企业投资的方式支持中西部地区发展。国际货代企业必须进一步扩大服务范围,不仅要提供公路、铁路、航空、水路方面的运输服务,更要利用已有的基础设施和运输航线与一些大企业如航空公司等进行合作,建立长期合作伙伴关系,为客户提供打包的解决方案,满足客户的特殊需求,更好地提供采购、生产和物流服务,帮助客户进行供应链管理,同时进行其他各种附加服务,即提供综合一体化服务,确保整个货物装卸以及到生产线整个过程中服务的高质量。对某些运输服务,可通过外包方式由第三方服务供应商来提供。

Current Challenges of an International Freight Forwarding Company in China

The author maintains that the need of transportation in China mainland can be improved further,and it is attracting the attention of international freight forwarding companies.So,the international freight forwarding companies should strengthen cooperation with China's government and enterprise and promote the co-development by strengthening construction of infrastructure,expending the scope of service,establishing partnership in the long run,providing packed solution to meet the customers' special requirement,and so on.But,for some of the transportation services,they can provide the third party service by outsourcing.
