| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,货币市场与中央银行货币政策操作的联系更为密切。货币市场发展的滞后性已成为制约货币政策有效性提高的关键性原因之一。因此,在稳步推进货币政策间接调控机制改革的进程中,尽快建立起与之相适应的货币市场,已成为提高货币政策有效性,促进金融市场平衡发展的迫切需要。
