| 摘 要： | 在阐明建设项目评价理论方法发展进程的基础上,分析了项目经济评价、环境评价和社会评价的理论基础,进而提出对项目本身评价的同时对项目实施企业进行评价、加强社会评价、开展可持续发展评价和在项目评价中引入信息化手段的几点思考。
