基于供应链管理的建筑施工企业价值创造

摘    要:现代企业的竞争环境实际上是供应链之间的竞争。建筑企业价值的创造取决于客户价值,企业核心竞争力和企业之间的相互关系这三个方面。文中具体阐述了从这三个方面如何使建筑企业在供应链中实现价值创造。顾客价值创造应以顾客需求为导向,通过流程、物流、信息管理,推动顾客价值的最大化。在企业核心竞争力方面,建筑企业要确定自己的核心竞争力,与相关企业之间强强合作以创造更多的企业价值。
