| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后，各行各业都面临着机遇与挑战。图书馆应抓住机遇，迎接挑战，积极拓宽发展步伐，坚持走信息服务市场化和产业化之路。同时，在内部强化技术力量；健全管理机制；做好组织管理工作，提高馆员素质，培养合格人才。

| Abstract: | After our country enters WTO,all the Lines face great challenge and opportunity.Libraries should take hold of the opportunity to widen their development paths and insist on information service marketing and industrializing.At the same time,libraries should strengthen inside technology,Perfect management system,promote administration work,improve staffs quality and train qualified talents. |
