| 摘 要： | 北京——这座古老而又现代的城市,经过60年的社会主义现代化建设,尤其是30年的改革开放,经济社会发展发生了历史巨变,取得了举世瞩目的成就:经济实力即将跻身世界高收入水平地区之列;科技创新在全国领先并已逐渐步入创新主导型社会;产业结构呈现服务主导、科技主导的高端化趋势;对外开放正在朝国际化大都市迈进;居民生活质量明显改善并开始步入富裕型阶段。文章梳理总结了北京60年发生的历史巨变、创造的发展模式,进而探讨了北京在新的历史阶段的发展目标以及实现途径。
