| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布实施,使我国的招标、投标活动更加科学化、规范化、法制化。但是,由于招标、投标活动属于经济领域范畴,自身存在许多风险和陷阱。对于如何科学合理地规避这些风险和陷阱,文章提出了看法。
