欠发达地区农村信用社股份制改革难点及对策建议--以吉林省松原市为例

近几年，农村信用社股份制改革全面进行，在管理体制、运行机制、产权制度、公司治理和队伍素质等方面取得了一定进展，对于提高金融服务，促进地方经济发展起到了积极作用。但在欠发达地区，农村信用社股份制改革仍面临许多问题亟待解决。
