| Abstract: | It is imperative to carry out the estimation mode of the bill of quantity to adapt into China joining into WTO and connect international engineering management practice The construction enterprises must transform idea in time to strengthen study about tendering and quotation techniques which directed against the new estimation mode, in order to make a good basis for joining in tendering competition and quotation by themselves. |
