| 摘 要： | 本文主要从历史和现状两个角度来论述市场和政府两种机制在我国矿产资源配置中的作用。在矿产资源配置中，政府和市场两个机制应该同时管，尤其是在我国目前法律尚不健全，市场发育不完善的形式下，为了保证矿产资源的优化配置，在注重市场调节这一机制作用机制的同时，政府宏观调控更是一刻也不能松懈。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the historic and current functions of the two mechanisms-the market and the government-in the distribution of mineral resources in China. Both the market and the government are expected to function in the distribution of mineral resources. And the macro-control of the government is especially important under the condition of imperfect system of law and immature development of the market. |
