| 摘 要： | 2006年1月1日新修订的<中华人民共和国公司法>正式施行.新法最大的亮点是新增了"一人公司"的法律制度,该公司形式的出现对个人独资企业的发展造成了很大冲击.文章将从九个方面对一人有限责任公司与个人独资企业进行比较,分析两者区别,从而为经营者经营方式的选择提供参考.
