| Abstract: | The merger and acquisition is both an action of property right transaction and a game of a lot of stakeholders participating in under the condition of market economy. This article deeply analyzes the motivation for M&A of Chinese corporations, establishes a corresponding game model and brings forward some suggestions and countermeasures. |
