| 摘 要： | 资产专用性是新制度经济学中的一个重要概念,自威廉姆森提出以来,已在经济学中得到了广泛的应用。本文拟从企业合约理论、国际贸易理论与企业融资决策理论三个方面来阐述这种应用,希望这种阐述能够为国内学者从事这方面的研究提供一点帮助。
